You're right it's not the size of me but' the power behind the muscle and dense Polish bone structure that makes me feel like a smaller woman would be at a disadvantage and I don't look like a starved dog at all my calories stay very high to accommodate the heavy training without putting on excess fat like most power-lifters do.

Someones size also has to do with your BF % if your 6'4 200 and around 10% or less you can still have some pretty decent size, 5-10 lbs of pure muscle generally makes a fairly noticeable difference although it's lessened somewhat the bigger your frame is. I recall seeing a guy who told me he was over 6 feet I think it was 6'2 however maybe it was only 6'1 and he was 185 lbs and he was a bit on the chubby side you could tell from his neck.

Right now I'm 5'10 and 210-213 depending on the time for day. For every inch taller with a similar increase in frame for a guy you should gain 10lbs according to that logic if I were 6'4 I'd be 270+lbs. Albeit I'm not that lean currently 17-19% Bodyfat as a guess.

Powerlifters tend to lift more for strength then size versus a bodybuilder, as I'm sure you know. 1-5 reps isn't ideal for hypertrophy. You can have very strong muscles but not be that big in relation to your strength, likewise you can have quite big muscles and not be that strong relatively to your size. It mostly comes down to diet and training.
