Shared the recipe with my husband for video date night while we are living apart. Got a "it's really good," which means it is really really good! He made his marinade spicy with some Sriracha, and I eyeballs the ingredients. He used boneless skinless chicken thighs, I used bone in skin on chicken thighs. Took about the same amount of time to cook and it was delicious. We both have leftovers to enjoy for at least a couple days.

Yummy flavor, bit didn't puff up much cause I think I let it sit too long, and I ended up with to much flour on thr dough so it got a little smoky in the kitchen. Went well with my shredded butter chicken. Will make it again to see if I can get it to puff up more.
